SETU aware of the people of different backgrounds that climate change already threatened the nature in the distant corner of the world. SETU focuses the issue through different media that the worst effects of climate change are likely to be felt by those individuals and groups whose rights protections are already in danger.
A fundamental view of climate justice is that those who are at least responsible for climate change suffer its gravest consequences. The effect of climate change are felt most acutely by people who are least responsible for causing the problems and are bearing the burden of rich countries’ over consumption of our planet resources.
Climate justice links human rights and development to achieve a human–centered approach, safeguarding the rights of most vulnerable people and sharing the burden of climate change and its impacts equitably and fairly. Climate justice focuses on the root causes of climate change because it threatens lives, health, safety, environment and planet.
